new pilot Community Planning Councils have been formed in the unincorporated communities of Arden Arcade, Carmichael/Old Foothill Farms, Fair Oaks and Rio Linda/Elverta. Information on each council, its members, meeting dates and locations are available on the Community Planning Councils website.
