Old Foothill Farms Property and Business Improvement District

Community Planning Commissions
The Board of Supervisors has authorized the establishment of community planning commissions that allows local residents to make land use decisions. The decision cumulates an innovative four-area pilot project, which started as an experiment, in October 2005 that delegated decision-making authority to area residents.
