NEW Community Councils
Four new pilot Community Planning Councils have been formed in the unincorporated communities of Arden Arcade, Carmichael/Old Foothill Farms, Fair Oaks and Rio Linda/Elverta. Information on each council, its members, meeting dates and locations are available on the Community Planning Councils website.

Natomas Community Association - The NCA is a volunteer, non-profit group formed almost 25 years ago to improve quality of life within North and South Natomas, and the unincorporated areas in the Natomas Basin of Sacramento County, and to communicate community needs to City and County decision makers.
